Cancellation Policy

Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay
Between 14 and 3 days before arrival, 70% of the stay
Three days before arrival or no-show 100% of stay

If a portion of the stay is cancelled after the guest’s arrival, the total amount of the original fee will still be due – unless the unit can be rebooked for the remaining portion of the original stay.
