For the 7th time, Nordlandet’s head chef, Anne, has brought together a handful of female chef colleagues who will collaboratively create a fantastic menu inspired by their various cuisines! The event runs all evening; we start by serving snacks and bubbles from 6:00 pm, followed by 6 courses.
The evening costs 2290 DKK and includes snacks and bubbles, the menu, wine pairing, water, coffee, and sweets. After dinner, you can continue the evening in our lovely bar, Underbar.
Participants will be announced closer to the event.

We are repeating the success of previous years with a festive New Year’s Eve in the beautiful surroundings of Nordlandet – so put on your party clothes, bring your partner or friends along – and let us take care of the rest!

We are repeating the success of our autumn packages
Autumn on Bornholm is something truly special. Nature changes colour, the sea roars against the cliffs,
and a sense of calm settles over the landscape. In the midst of it all, you will find the northern part of the island,
where we invite you to three days of presence, warmth, and time just to be together.
Between week 43 and 51, we offer an extraordinary 3-day stay at a favourable price. We have taken care of most things,
so you can relax and enjoy a break from everyday life. Here, you can look forward to cosy moments in our beautiful surroundings,
delicious food made with love using seasonal local ingredients, and the opportunity for both long walks along the coast
and quiet hours indoors, while the wind howls outside.

Day 3

– sauna and sea plunge in the Baltic Sea
We are happy to share our best tips for hiking at the unique Hammerknude, where nature shows itself at its most beautiful.
If you’re feeling adventurous, we can highly recommend a refreshing winter dip in the Baltic Sea,
followed by a session in our warm saunas – the perfect way to end the day.
Prices start from 4,890 DKK for 2 people in a room with an oblique sea view, for a weekday stay.

Vi har gode anbefalinger til vandreture om den unikke Hammerknude – og om eftermiddagen tænder vi op til eftermiddagshygge, spil, ild i både pejs og vores bålfade.
Derudover anbefaler vi i høj grad også en tur i vores lille sauna efter et friskt dyp i Østersøen.
