Penyllan Bar & Kitchen is where we serve freshly made beers from our own brewery in Tejn, as well as many other beers from around the world. We also have with a wide range of options for the non beer lover such as our barrel aged cocktails, gin and home made tonic, organic juices, home made sodas, wine etc. The menu is small and seasonal with a focus on local ingredients and ethically raised meat. We are open every day, year round, where our amazing view let you follow the change of the seasons.

Draught beer 40cl 50,-
We have a wide range of beers we brew ourselves at our brewery down the road flowing from our 10 taps. Are you looking for something more exotic, we stock about a hundred different bottled beers, that we have carefully selected from the best breweries in the world.

Cocktails 100,-
We age cocktails on oak barrels, where they will sit for a few weeks before being served, melding flavors and adding complexity from the wood.

SMOKEY ROB ROY - Caol Ila, Talisker Ten single malt, Ron Zacapa rum, Antica Formula Vermouth. Served with Ardbeg mist.

FIG OLD FASHIONED - our take on the old classic: bourbon, home made fig liquor and bitters.

NEGRONI - a slightly drier and stronger version of the Italian aperitif.

Gin and Tonic 80,-

Every week we cook tonic water from herbs and cinchona bark for the freshest G&T you have ever tasted.

Vin fra 60,-

We always have wines by the glass and a small selection of wine by the bottle. Both European and new world wines.

Non alcoholic drinks

Mosteriet in Rønne supplies us with organic juices - rhubarb, apple, raspberry etc.

Usually we have our house made sodas, we make from fresh fruit, herbs and tinctures.

Our coffee comes from the perculator and is roasted by famous Coffee Collective in Copenhagen.

Water, still or sparkling, is free with your drink.

We have a small, but delicious  menu, which changes daily, as we strive to use the best possible raw materials and what is in season. Follow us on Facebook for menu updates.

However, there is a few items on the menu you can usually find.

Almonds 40,-
We dry roast almonds and finish them with a dash of mushroom soy sauce. Salty, crunchy goodness.

Olives 40,-
Tiny, small, large, black, green, brown. They are all good.

Charcuterie Board 120,-
A selection of Hallegaard meats, ripe cheese, nuts, pickled vegetables, olives and bread.

We are open Thursday-Saturday from 17.00
